Despite that, the Steam store page itself currently displays Sep 2, 2026. This is almost certainly a display artifact of unlock timing rather than an actual earlier release: big releases frequently unlock in the evening in US time zones, which is already September 3 in Europe. Treat September 3 as the official date, and don’t be surprised if US players get in on the evening of September 2.
